Update your game every 1 or 2 months to keep your community growing
Hey GameDevs,
Some developers update their games once per year. Others update once per semester. I'm in favor of updating your game every 30 to 60 days.
The reason comes with the marketing opportunities that come when your game is updated. Every time you update your game, it's an opportunity to get more visibility from around the internet and recover your former patrons.
When you release a new update of your game, you'll get a bump in visibility in the Latest Updates section of our store. If you reach a minimum number of sales, downloads or reviews, you can climb to the Popular Latest Updates section and get even more visibility
This means that you can earn new players, and recover past players who played the previous update.
If you want to get an even bigger bump, you can try to invite your patrons to download the game directly from OppaiMan Host. This will increase your odds of showing up on the lists "Most Player", "New & Trending", "Top Sellers" (if you link to the store page) and "Top Free Games".
We are also building new store algorithms based on the number of downloads a game gets per day.
