This Content Policy defines the rules for games submitted to Oppaiman.com by developers. All games must comply with these rules to ensure legal compliance, user safety, and adherence to payment processor guidelines. Non-compliance may result in content removal, reduced visibility, or developer ban.

1. Incestuous Relationships

Any explicit or implicit sexual interaction involving characters who are, or appear to be, family members is strictly prohibited, including:

• Blood relatives (parents, children, siblings, cousins, etc.)
• Relatives by affinity (step-parents, stepchildren, etc.)
• Situations where players can define characters as family members and engage them sexually
• Nudity or sexual interaction between family members in the presence of another family member
• Attempts to bypass this rule by altering names, context, or relationships will be treated as violations

2. Sexual Interactions with Minors (Underage Characters)

Any explicit or implicit sexual interaction involving:

• Real or fictional minors
• Adults with childlike appearance, proportions, or aesthetics (even if fictionally of legal age)
• Situations where players can define characters’ ages to make them appear underage
• Sexual scenes, nudity, or erotic interaction with characters who appear underage

3. Non-Consensual Relationships

Any sexual representation without clear and explicit consent is prohibited, including:

• Forced sexual relationships
• Coercion, blackmail, threats
• Use of hypnosis, drugs, or any substance to override consent
• Situations with unconscious or sleeping characters
• Depictions presented as “roleplay” involving non-consensual themes

4. Creatures and Humanoids

• Sexual depictions involving real animals or fictional creatures without humanoid consciousness are prohibited
• Humanoid fictional characters (e.g., elves, demons, conscious monsters) are allowed, provided they do not depict characteristics of real non-humanoid animals
• References to real animals are allowed only if they are anthropomorphized or humanoid

5. Copyright and Parodies

• Developers submitting games must own the rights or have explicit permission to use all content
• Use of third-party characters, trademarks, titles, music, images, or other intellectual property without authorization is prohibited
• Parody works must be original and cannot use protected material directly
• Parodies involving characters who are minors in the original work are prohibited, even if portrayed as adults

6. Deepfakes and Real-Person Likenesses

• Use of faces, names, voices, or any identifiable traits of real people without explicit consent is prohibited
• This applies to AI-generated content based on real individuals

7. Violence and Trauma

Any sexual representation involving extreme violence, abuse, or humiliation is prohibited, including:

• Physical or sexual violence
• Mutilation
• Extreme degradation or humiliation
• Psychological or physical abuse
• Sexualized bullying
• BDSM content is allowed only when consensual, with clear consent and evident in context, dialogue, and interactions
• Any reference to rape, coercion, or abuse, even disguised as roleplay, is strictly prohibited

8. Artificial Intelligence and Hyper-Realism

• AI-generated content is allowed if it complies with all platform rules
• Hyper-realistic sexual content (images, animations, videos) that could be mistaken for real people is prohibited, regardless of inspiration

9. Religion and Politics

• Content that attacks, ridicules, or degrades religious, ethnic, or spiritual groups is prohibited
• Extremist political propaganda (e.g., fascism, neo-Nazism, advocacy of dictatorship, hate speech) is prohibited
• Critical discussions or symbolic representation are allowed only if respectful and contextual
• Content offensive toward real individuals or groups may be removed

10. Game Review and Enforcement

• All game submissions are reviewed in a friendly and transparent manner
• If a game is initially rejected, developers may make adjustments and resubmit it
• Repeated submissions without corrections, modifying the build after approval, or attempts to circumvent the platform’s content policies in bad faith may result in:- Reduced visibility of the game- Removal of the game- Permanent ban of the developer

11. Updates and Platform Protection

• This policy may be updated at any time to comply with legal, technical, or commercial requirements
• Any content deemed by the platform to potentially harm its reputation, operations, or relationships with partners or payment processors may be removed, even if not explicitly listed above
